Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers via chat email and phone with questions requests and concerns
Handle inquiries related to accounts services updates and general support needs
Provide clear accurate information and guide customers through processes step by step
Resolve issues with a calm professional and solution-focused approach
Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
Identify urgent or complex cases and escalate them when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent high-quality support experience

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
