A hands-on support role providing technical assistance across trading platforms in a live market environment. Youll work closely with engineers and traders to ensure system stability during market hours.

Provide application support for trading systems
Investigate and resolve incidents
Monitor system performance
Liaise with engineering teams
Support deployments and releases

Application support background
Financial trading systems exposure
SQL and scripting skills
Incident management experience
