Job Summary

What Youll Have:

Minimum 15 years experience in engineering
Prior experience as an Engineering Manager.
Prior experience in the mining or resources industry.
Working knowledge of multi-discipline engineering and design processes as found in Metals and Minerals projects
Sound knowledge of multi-discipline design methods and inter-discipline dependencies & information flows
Broad understanding of the engineering scene in Indonesia
Have the experience and skills to set the standard and drive the rest of the team to excel in HSE

The role responsibilities include:

Responsible for safe working practices both personally and in their designs using the Worley framework.
Technical Integrity - take responsibility for the technical integrity of the team addressing working methods tools quality assurance peer reviews communication with team members on other projects.
Work Planning - plan and assign workload equitably to the team members. Forecast and initiate workshare and/or recruitment as required.
Leadership - provide strong leadership to the team
Team Management - steward the L&D function manage career and succession planning in the group manage team performance provide input to remuneration setting & review processes team building communication.
Administration - monitor non-billable time booked by team approve various requests raised by team members
