Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies and strategic initiatives. Provide leadership through the overall Inquiry toOrder (ITO) process for all Gas Power Services opportunities within Saudi Arabia Bahrain and Yemen.
- Develops and maintains key customer and stakeholder relationships within the sub-region.
- Develop and lead a team of sales managers to build negotiate and close commercial offers.
- Facilitate R-Process reviews from R0-R3 (including ITO-OTR handover) and ensure compliance to Gas Power risk policies
- Implement outcomes from LEAN Action Work Outs (LAWO) and drive other LEAN initiatives
- Facilitate effective cross-functional working relationships with Gas Power Services Execution Teams Engineering Finance Pricing Product Management etc. to achieve business outcomes
- Developing commercial expertise across one or more countries product lines markets sales processes or customer groups. Influence policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects product lines markets sales processes or customers. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- Has ability to attract and retain talent. Often manages medium to large teams. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements risk and/or complexity.
- Communicates complex messages and negotiates internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and negotiates with external partners and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Business Marketing or related discipline from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 years of Sales/Commercial experience in the Power Generation industry
- Regional customer knowledge and operational experience

- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

- Demonstrated leadership experience through either direct or indirect team management
- Preferred candidates will be from ITR services team in KSAB
- Ability to define and implement strategic plans set a vision and rally support around that vision
- Strong interpersonal influencing and team building skills
- Proven ability to work well in a global matrixed environment
- Strong skillsets in oral and written communication financial management contracts fluency analytics project management conflict resolution and organization
- Executive level presentation skills with clear and concise messaging
- Clear thinker with an ability to focus on the critical few issues/priorities
- Ability to translate strategy into business objectives
