Your mission

As ourFinancial Controlleryouwillbepart of a Financial Control team ledby VP Financial Control & Treasury and partner closely with the FP&A Strategic Finance and other thefinancial reporting and controlsof our Norwegian subsidiarieswhile partnering closely with senior stakeholders external accountants and the bridge between day-to-day finance operations and group-level reporting-making sure our numbers areaccurate compliant and useful for you are motivated by responsibility complexity and the opportunity to influence how finance supports business growth we would love to hear from you!

In this role you will:

• Own and coordinatemonth-end and year-end closeacross multiple entities ensuringtimely high-quality deliverywith the support of outsourced accountants.

• Ensureaccuratefinancial reportingand compliancewith accounting standards and internal policies.

• Overseeand take care ofinvoicingand revenue recognitionto keep things clean and efficient.

• Coordinateaccounts payableand paymentsin line with controls and approvals.

• Maintain General Ledgeraccuracy including accruals and correct income/expense recognition.

• Supportin accounts receivableand cashmanagement helping reduce DSO.

• Handle commission calculations and accrualsand ensuretimelypayouts.

• Supportin audits financialgovernancetasksand risk reviews.

• Drive continuous improvement including automationof finance processesandharmonizationof accountingpracticesand processesacross the entities.

• Work in close co-operation withotherFinancial Control teammembersin Finlandand Business Controlling team members in Norway

This is ahands-onrole for an experienced financeand accountingprofessional who enjoys being close to the numbers and taking full ownership of financial delivery.

You thrive in complex multi entity environments and take pride in accuracy structure and accountability. You work in a disciplined and methodical way communicate clearly and remain proactive adaptable and resilient during high pressure periods without compromising quality or attention to succeed in this roleyoullbring:

• Minimum5 years of relevant experiencein financial controlling accounting or audit preferably in complex or multi entity environments

• Strong technical accountingexpertisewith a solid understanding of financial governance and internal controls

• Solid local GAAP knowledgeandstrong systemand ERP competence

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with247/Finago OfficeERPor similar financial systems is an advantage

• A genuine interest indriving improvementsin processes controls and financial tools

• Anindependent structured and proactive approachwitha strong senseof ownership

• Interest in or experience withautomation and AI tools in finance

• Clear and professional communication skills inEnglish (Norwegian is seen as an advantage)

• Abachelors or mastersdegreein finance accounting or a related field
