Job Summary

Knowledge:
Understand the working principle of e-beam and be able to apply its principle knowledge on the machine

Skill:
Lands requirements on performance diagnostics and usability covering multiple competencies and use-cases in early phases of product design
Provide solutions based on existing data and identify problems

Behavior:
Proactive and dedicated to problem solving able to break down problems and resolve practical issues with logistics units.

Technical:
Independent and knowledgeable about a large amount of information integration handling different technical support CS
Integrate and coordinate technical issues with back-end services and tracking
Technically mature within primary competency growing expertise in sub-competencies. Experienced escalation handler in primary competency able to support most escalations within primary competency.

Responsible for SBI or NPI or MBI 1st line problem solving

As a expert in a certain technology

Consolidate issues and resolve issues jointly with GSC/DE follow process

Ensure machine Uptime and tracking in each district

Independently GSC / DE special action item.

Estimate plan and consolidate clarify issue.
