At Quality Hotel XX we are seeking a Sous Chef who alongside the Food & Beverage team will create a delicious dining experience for all our hotel and conference guests.

Curious to know more about the role
- As a Sous Chef you report to the Executive Chef and are responsible for chefs and other staff in the kitchen.
- As a Sous Chef you are responsible for planning costs and results whilst also ensuring that staff not only follow procedures and routines but also develop their skills to their best.
- The position will also manage all the departments involved with food prep analysing performance data proactively creating action plans and following up on feedback from guests.
- You will also help to support and guide the team so that they can develop and achieve their goals.
- Full compliance with regulations related to the environment or health and safety will also be your top priority!
- The position involves working days evenings and weekends.
