The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program beginning April 22 2026 and ending July 31 2026 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

About the Team
The J.P. Morgan Data Governance team in Warsaw manages the risk of inappropriate access to both JPMSEs and clients data.
You will be integral to shaping and developing the data control environment for JPMSE. The role predominantly involves reviewing and processing user access requests conducting periodic user access recertification gathering information related to audit requests preparing monthly management reports and participating in projects related to user access controls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the review and approval of user access requests (including add modify and remove roles) pertaining to applications containing JPMSE confidential data and manage the periodic recertification of user access
- Exercise a high degree of initiative and independent judgment in the coordination and prioritization of assigned tasks and projects
- Support the maintenance of comprehensive and detailed user guides and trainings for stakeholders
- Actively participate in projects related to User Access Entitlements which may encompass automation initiatives in-depth analysis and the redefinition of Access Profiles for Applications
- Facilitate the accurate and timely gathering of information pertaining to user access entitlements and recertification tasks to effectively meet internal and external reporting or audit requests
- Collaborate closely with Technology to manage changes in identifying and controlling applications added to JPMSE inventory
- Contribute to global regional and local projects aimed at delivering a robust governance and access management control framework
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Seeking accomplished individuals who are currently on a voluntary career break for at least 2 years and wish to return to the workforce full time a part of the Data Governance Team
- Demonstrate a proven track record of experience within Banking or Financial Services
- Have a knowledge of investment banking products
- Maintain an investigative mindset coupled with strong analytical problem-solving and process re-engineering skills including practical experience utilizing data mining tools
- Be a highly motivated energetic self-starter who proactively takes ownership of issues and drives them to successful resolution
- Possess excellent communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across various stakeholders
- Function as a strong team player capable of excellent partnering and influencing skills consistently adhering to tight deadlines organizing tasks effectively and prioritizing work efficiently
- Maintain an investigative mindset coupled with strong analytical problem-solving and process re-engineering skills including practical experience utilizing data mining tools
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
