We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP Consultant to join our SAP HXM team at PwC ETIC in a Manager-level capacity. The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with a strong focus on Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations. This role demands leadership in delivering complex multi-country HR transformation projects mentoring junior consultants and driving strategic client engagements.Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP modules across multiple geographies.
Design and configure EC modules including Job Information Position Management Time Off and Global Assignments.
Manage ECECP integrations including P2P replication BIB mappings and Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration 2.
Oversee payroll posting to FI/CO/S4 and ensure compliance with audit and localization requirements (e.g. GCC UAE KSA).
Conduct blueprint workshops fit-gap analysis and solution design aligned with client business processes.
Own quarterly release testing transport management and cutover planning.
Coordinate SAP CPI/iFlows for integrations with banking time benefits and finance systems.
Provide leadership in presales activities scope definition effort estimation and proposal development.
Mentor and coach junior consultants ensuring quality delivery and professional growth.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Engineering or Information Systems.
SAP Certified Application Associate SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors including at least 3 years in EC/ECP.
Proven track record of leading at least 2 end-to-end EC/ECP implementations.
Strong expertise in PCC P2P replication BIB payroll posting and SAP CPI integrations.
Excellent documentation communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with GCC localization and compliance is a plus.
