Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious English Teacher (ECT) to join a well-regarded Ofsted Good secondary school in Essex. This is a full-time permanent position starting September 2026 ideal for an ECT seeking strong guidance and support.

The Role

As an English Teacher (ECT) you will:

  • Teach English across KS3KS4

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons with departmental support

  • Develop classroom confidence through mentoring and coaching

  • Contribute positively to the wider school community
