ECT Induction & Support
Communication Focus: Mentorship from an established Head of Faculty with a focus on performance-based communication.
Technical Support: Guidance provided by a dedicated full-time Drama Technician for all practical elements.
Collaborative Planning: Weekly sessions with other creative arts staff to maintain the high academic rigour of the faculty.
Requirements & Compensation
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant degree in Drama or Performing Arts.
Salary: Inner London Teachers Pay Scale.
