Job Summary
A strong and inclusive secondary school in Nottinghamshire is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their SEND and learning support team from February 2026.
About the Role:
This is a full-time post supporting KS3KS4 learners providing one-to-one and small-group support helping deliver intervention programmes and assisting teachers in creating a positive learning environment.

The school is known for excellent behaviour a warm community atmosphere and dedicated pastoral teams. Teaching Assistants receive ongoing CPD and strong support from the SEND department.
We are looking for someone who:
Communicates effectively with pupils
Is patient encouraging and proactive
Works well with teaching and pastoral staff
Is reliable organised and caring
Has previous youth or educational experience (preferred)
