Occupational Health Physician Hereford & Worcester

Heales Medical is growing and were looking for motivated physicians to join our Occupational
Health team. We work with a wide range of public and private organisations including NHS trusts local authorities national companies and specialist industriesdelivering high-quality evidence-based clinical services.
We welcome fully qualified Occupational Health Physicians as well as doctors with relevant experience or a strong interest in developing their career in occupational health.

What youll be doing:
Fitness-for-work and pre-placement assessments
Health surveillance and statutory medicals
Complex case management & return-to-work advice
Clinical support to our wider OH team
Workplace assessments & evidence-based recommendations
Clear high-quality medical reporting
What youll bring:
GMC registration (MFOM/FFOM/AFOM/DOccMed ideal but not essential)
Experience or a strong interest in occupational health
Confident clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
Understanding of UK OH legislation and best practice
A collaborative patient-centered approach

Licence/Certification: GMC Registration (required) DOccMed Qualification (required)
