What Youll Be Doing

  • Evaluating patients and creating individualized treatment plans
  • Providing outpatient occupational therapy including upper-extremity and hand conditions
  • Tracking progress and modifying care to maximize outcomes
  • Collaborating with physicians and your care team
  • Completing daily documentation in EMR
  • Contributing to a positive team-driven clinic environment

What You Bring

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current (or eligible) California OT license
  • Hand therapy experience strongly preferred (or strong interest in developing this specialty)
  • Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence
  • New grads welcome well help you build confidence and skills

Qualifications:

  • Valid state License
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
  • New Grads welcome to apply.
  • Provide occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to clinic state and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
  • Maintain open and ongoing communication with clinic to ensure that patient staff and clinic needs are met.
  • Help patients to regain control of their lives and their independence.
  • Create an environment and a culture that enables the clinic to fulfill its mission by providing patient safety and patient-centered treatment.


Education: Bachelors degree in health-related field
Graduate/Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Experience: Not required but considered. Appropriate state licensure (or ability to obtain state licensure) certification or registration (per state requirements) current and in good standing.
