The Haus of HYROX is not just an office; it is the physical heartbeat of the World Series of Fitness Racing. As we open our HQ doors to the public during evenings and weekends we are transitioning from a corporate space to a premium fitness destination.

We need a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between a high-performance training facility and a profitable business unit. This role is the Race Director of our flagship studio ensuring that every member who walks in feels the same adrenaline community and excellence they experience on the global race floor.

Your mission is to transform our HQ gym into a self-sustaining high-revenue flagship model. By optimizing operations and building a loyal community you will create a blueprint for future HYROX branded studios worldwide. You are not just managing a gym; your training reflects the HYROX brand in every session.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation & Brand Excellence

• Full Ownership: Take 100% responsibility for the studios daily operations ensuring the Haus of HYROX vibe is flawless.
• The Atmosphere: Define an outstanding training culture that matches the grit and glory of our Race experiences.
• Synergy Management: Work closely with the Head of Haus of HYROX (Restaurant/F&B) to create a seamless Train & Fuel journey for our members.

Business Growth & Revenue

• New Revenue Streams: Identify and execute strategies to monetize the gym during public hours (memberships drop-ins corporate events).
• Budget & Controlling: Plan budgets manage P&L and handle reporting directly to the leadership team.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the HYROX World GmbH marketing team to acquire new clients and scale the member base.

Team Leadership & Programming

• Recruit & Lead: Build a world-class coaching team that lives and breathes the HYROX philosophy.
• Programming: Organize and execute training programs specialized classes and community events that prepare athletes for the finish line.
• Tech Stack: Set up and maintain the booking system ensuring a frictionless user experience.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in gym management or boutique fitness operations.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You dont just manage; you build. You see revenue opportunities where others see empty floor space.
• HYROX Passion: You understand the sport the community and the specific demands of functional training.
• Service-Oriented: You believe in first-class customer service and know how to build a tribe not just a client list.
• Flexibility: Youre open to work on the weekends and in the evenings.
• Communication: Youre able to speak both English and German on C-Level.
