Chief Sales Officer (CSO) - Medical Devices Surat

CTC: 15-18 LPA
Experience: 12-20 Years
Location: Surat Gujarat

Role Overview

We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead and scale sales for a medical devices manufacturing company. The role will own revenue growth across four channels OEM/White-label Doctor-led sales Exports and Government Tenders and work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a sustainable compliant and scalable sales engine.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute overall sales strategy and revenue growth plan

  • Build and scale OEM / white-label partnerships

  • Drive doctor hospital and institutional sales

  • Lead international exports and distributor-led expansion

  • Handle government & PSU tenders end-to-end

  • Build and manage sales teams distributors and channel partners

  • Coordinate with production quality regulatory and marketing teams

  • Track sales KPIs forecasts margins and pipeline health

  • Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and key client meetings


Candidate Profile

  • 12-20 years of sales leadership experience in medical devices / medical equipment

  • Strong exposure to OEM sales institutional sales exports and tender business

  • Good understanding of medical device regulations and compliance

  • Experience working with ISO / regulated manufacturing environments

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and negotiation skills
