Role Overview
We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead and scale sales for a medical devices manufacturing company. The role will own revenue growth across four channels OEM/White-label Doctor-led sales Exports and Government Tenders and work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a sustainable compliant and scalable sales engine.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute overall sales strategy and revenue growth plan

Build and scale OEM / white-label partnerships
-
Drive doctor hospital and institutional sales
-
Lead international exports and distributor-led expansion
-
Handle government & PSU tenders end-to-end
-
Build and manage sales teams distributors and channel partners
-
Coordinate with production quality regulatory and marketing teams
-
Track sales KPIs forecasts margins and pipeline health
-
Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and key client meetings
Candidate Profile

12-20 years of sales leadership experience in medical devices / medical equipment
-
Strong exposure to OEM sales institutional sales exports and tender business
-
Good understanding of medical device regulations and compliance
-
Experience working with ISO / regulated manufacturing environments

Strategic thinker with strong execution and negotiation skills
