We are now looking for an Associate / Consultant to join our team in Prague.

Business Sweden works with leading Swedish multinational and mid-size companies as well as start-ups across all industries and clients business is often driven by digitalization innovation and sustainability. Our services include e.g. market entry & growth strategies including M&A sales acceleration public affairs and B2G as well as supply chain. We help Swedish companies enter new markets understand market dynamics identify local partners appreciate the regulatory landscape and build out their services or product offering.

Role Overview

As an Associate/Consultant you will support consulting engagements that help Swedish and international companies expand into new markets improve competitiveness and navigate complex international business environments. You will work closely with senior consultants project managers and clients contributing analytical insights market intelligence and strategic recommendations.

This role offers a strong learning curve exposure to international business environment and the opportunity to work across industries and markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support consulting projects related to market entry growth strategy export development and foreign direct investment
• Conduct market and industry research including competitor analysis customer segmentation and regulatory assessments
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop insights and recommendations
• Prepare presentations reports and client deliverables in collaboration with project teams
• Participate in client meetings workshops and internal project reviews
• Coordinate with Business Swedens international offices to gather local market insights
• Contribute to proposal development and internal knowledge sharing
• Support continuous improvement of methodologies and analytical tools

The role is based in Prague but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world as required.
