Job Summary
Capistrano Mazda is one of the busiest Dealers in San Juan Capistrano! With so many Mazda vehicles to service we need good technicians like you to join our team.
We have DOUBLED our CUSTOMER PAY HOURS and we want you to benefit from that growth.
Pay Scale:Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between$33.00 -$44.00 plus production bonuses and aggressive spiff program.

- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
- Experienced AutomotiveTechnician
- Must have experience working with Japanese automotive brands
- Dealership experience preferred
- Valid Drivers License with a clean DMV record
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
- Ability to understand and operate computers
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Willing to submit to apre-employment background check & drug screen
