Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to act as Application Specialist in the team of our partner a worlds leading clinical immunology solutions provider in the region of Hungary. Take part in the building of the local operations and ensure the availability of cutting-edge diagnostic technologies for patients. You will be a KEY member of the expert team and have significant impact on the entire functioning of the company.

You are going to be responsible for:

professional training of experts of clinical diagnostics on the usage of instrumentation and reagentsin the region of Hungary
building and managing relationships with customers and becoming a trusted Advisor
cooperation with other departments service- and sales teams (troubleshooting installation perform product validation solving customer problems developing sales activities)
resolving customer complaints
providing input for hospital tenders leading technical product specification and application discussionwith prospects
lending expertise in scientific questions
supporting trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion

You are just the person we are looking for in case you possess:

Biology Biological Engineering or equivalent Life Sciences degree
solid experience as Application Specialist or Sales in the fields of IVD preferably immunology or hematology
full-working proficiency in Hungarian and English
central residency in Hungary or willingness to relocate to the 50 km radius of the M0 highway
willingness to travel 60% of the time
