Job Summary
Job Title: Senior AbInitio Developer
Experience: 710 Years
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior AbInitio Developer to design develop and support enterprise-scale data integration solutions. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in AbInitio strong analytical ability and ownership of end-to-end delivery in a highly regulated environment preferably banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain AbInitio ETL applications for large-scale enterprise data platforms.
- Build enhance and optimize batch and real-time data processing pipelines.
- Translate business and functional requirements into efficient and scalable technical solutions.
- Perform performance tuning debugging and optimization of AbInitio graphs and components.
- Ensure data quality reconciliation and compliance with enterprise data governance standards.
- Collaborate with business analysts solution architects QA teams and upstream/downstream systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide production support including root-cause analysis and defect resolution.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews and design reviews.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 7 years of hands-on experience in AbInitio development.
- Strong expertise in:
- GDE (Graphical Development Environment)
- Co>Operating System
- Metadata Hub (EME)
- Parallelism partitioning and performance tuning
- Excellent understanding of ETL concepts data integration and data warehousing methodologies.
- Strong SQL skills and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience working in banking / financial services or other regulated enterprise environments.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC Agile methodologies and release/change management processes.
