The IT Project Intern will support the IT team in coordinating multiple technology initiatives including the implementation of a Deal Workflow system a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other IT projects. This role provides hands-on experience in project management and enterprise software deployment offering exposure to change management and user training activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Deal Workflow System Implementation

Assist with documenting process changes and impacted workflows
Coordinate information and files with development partners
Schedule and organize meetings with stakeholders across the business
Maintain project documentation including risk logs issue trackers and deployment checklists
Support unit testing activities
Assist in planning and executing change management initiatives

CMMS

Gather and update various unit details from the business
Locate historical data from Building Engines and create references for the teams
Document issues raised resolutions and ongoing solution discovery
Capture post-implementation feedback for system refinement
Develop training materials including user guides standard operating procedures and training videos
Support delivery of on-site and remote training sessions

Other Projects

Stakeholder management and meeting coordination
Process documentation
Change management initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively prioritizing tasks effectively
Self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a proactive curious mindset

OUR APPLICATION PROCESS:

Our Summer Internships/Co-Ops are four-month paid in-person opportunities commencing on May 4 2026 and concluding on August 21 2026. Interns must be available on a full-time basis for the entire duration of the program.
