What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee daily weighing operations to ensure accuracy efficiency and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to weighmaster staff fostering a high-performing team environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for inbound and outbound materials.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to optimize customer flow and operational processes.
- Troubleshoot scale issues and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers drivers and team members.
- Ability to lead by example and support a safe inclusive and productive work environment.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced operations setting.
- Competence with basic computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Work Environment
This role works in an aggregate plant environment involving regular interaction with drivers equipment and production areas. The position requires extended periods at a workstation along with routine movement throughout the facility. Safety procedures and personal protective equipment are essential elements of daily work.
