As Experiential Development & Projects Manager youll help bring our physical spaces to life across multiple clubs and markets. This role blends capital projects special initiatives and creative problem-solving supporting everything from infrastructure upgrades to imaginative experience-driven improvements. Youll work closely with leadership and operations teams at both Lakeshore and Elite to ensure projects are thoughtfully planned well executed and aligned with how our members experience our clubs every day.
This is not a traditional construction or facilities role. Were looking for someone who can manage timelines vendors and budgets while also being inspired by hospitality environment and experience. Someone who can ask not only How do we build this but How will this feel when members walk through the door
