Job Summary
Pay Range: $85000 annually
Location: Vancouver on Fourth Plain
Clinic Manager Build Grow and Lead a Market
Community Medical Services (CMS) is hiring a bold people-centered clinic Manager who thinks like an entrepreneur and acts like a community connector. This role is ideal for someone who loves building something from the ground up persuading stakeholders and rapidly growing access to care. You wont just manage a clinic youll grow a market build trust with system partners and help people who use drugs find a safe welcoming path into treatment.

What Youll Do
Build & Grow the Clinic
- Rapidly ramp client census through community outreach and referral development
- Identify and build relationships with:
- Hospitals and emergency departments
- Behavioral health providers
- Harm reduction organizations
- Probation/parole shelters and social service agencies
- Represent CMS confidently with system partners and community stakeholders
Lead Like an Owner
- Operate the clinic with an entrepreneurial mindset treating growth access and experience as top priorities
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to execute growth plans and new initiatives
- Track and manage KPIs tied to census growth access and service excellence
Manage & Inspire the Team
- Hire train and develop front-line clinic staff
- Create a positive accountable high-energy clinic culture
- Coach staff to deliver exceptional stigma-free patient experiences
Ensure Strong Operations
- Oversee daily clinic operations patient flow and coordination of care
- Partner with Quality and Compliance to meet all regulatory requirements
- Lead the clinic through audits inspections and corrective actions when needed

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of experience in healthcare behavioral health or human services preferred
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
- Outreach sales business development or community engagement experience is a strong plus
