Job Summary

The Associate Vice President of Human Resources Operations is a strategic partner and operational leader who supports the VP of HR in advancing the mission vision and values of LSS. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives optimizing systems and processes and developing talent across the organization.

Compensation for this role will be between $149000-$153000.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience including team management and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated experience with HR systems preferably UKG and supervising system administrators
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change drive process improvement and build high-performing teams
  • Strong communication analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to LSSs mission values and welcoming culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • HR certification (SHRM-SCP SPHR or equivalent).
  • Experience in nonprofit healthcare or human services environments.
  • Experience supporting a large or distributed workforce.
