We are searching for a full-time Training & Development Manager to join our Human Resources department. This role will be base in Naperville.

Lauterbach & Amen is committed to offering compensation that is fair transparent and competitive. The anticipated average salary range for this position is $90000-$110000 with the final offer determined based on business-related factors such as geographic location relevant experience education skill set and professional certifications. As part of our compensation philosophy offers are typically not made at the top of the range to allow room for future growth and salary progression over time
Key Responsibilities
Champion a firm-wide learning culture that empowers team members to grow learn and lead
Develop and execute a cohesive learning and development strategy that supports firm growth
Develop an onboarding strategy that engages new hires earlier in the process and helps them feel supported
Collaborate with Partners to conduct regular needs assessments across service lines to prioritize training initiatives
Design and deliver soft skills and leadership development programs tailored to all career levels
Oversee high-quality in-house training programs
Identify and manage partnerships with external training providers
Design and deliver engaging training grounded in adult learning principles
Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative learning solutions.
Assess and potentially implement firms Learning Management System (LMS)
Manage CPE requirements and renewals of certification
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Adult Education Instructional Design or Communications is preferred.
5 years of experience in training learning & development or organizational development
Experience in designing and delivering training for professional services
Preferred public accounting firm experience with knowledge in NASBA requirements
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
Experience facilitating training for professionals at multiple career levels
Excellent communication and organizational skills
