Job Summary
We are seeking reliable safety-focused 7D Drivers to transport students to and from school in a calm professional and caring manner. This role is ideal for individuals who value consistency responsibility and making a positive impact in students daily drivers are trusted professionals who represent our company support families and prioritize student safety above all ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a 7D school pupil transport vehicle in compliance with all Massachusetts RMV 7D regulationsPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report concerns promptlyFollow assigned routes and schedules with accuracy and professionalismMaintain a clean safe and respectful vehicle environmentCommunicate clearly with dispatch and management regarding delays incidents or concernsSupport students with patience awareness and appropriate boundariesComply with all company policies including vehicle camera and safety proceduresSchedule & CompensationSplit shifts aligned with school schedules (morning & afternoon)Hourly pay based on experiencePaid training (as applicable)Opportunity for additional hours through coverage or field trips
