WHAT YOU EARN

  • Employment Type: Full-time W2
  • CPM: $0.56 $0.65 based on experience and miles driven
  • Weekly Pay: $1200 $1500 gross average

ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER PROGRAM

  • Open to recent CDL-A graduates with 120 hours of truck driving school completed within the past 12 months
  • Training duration: 46 weeks with an assigned mentor
  • Guaranteed weekly pay throughout the training period
  • Mentors cover over-the-road routes safe driving trip planning and freight handling
  • After training: transition to solo pay starting at $0.56 CPM
  • By the time you go solo youll be ready

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in full compliance with DOT and company policy
  • Transport no-touch dry van freight on scheduled pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate ELD records trip reports and DVIRs
  • Complete and document pre- and post-trip inspections daily
  • Communicate proactively with dispatch customers and team members

WHO QUALIFIES

  • 21 years of age or older with a valid CDL-A license
  • CDL-A held continuously for the past 12 months without major violations
  • Open to recent graduates and drivers with 6 or more months of experience
  • No at-fault accidents major citations or license suspensions in the past 3 years
  • No DUI in the last 5 years
  • No safety-related terminations
  • Employment gaps must not exceed 6 months in the past year or 1 year over the past 3
  • Must clear both urine and hair follicle pre-employment drug screening
