Job Summary

The Fitness & Wellness Instructor is responsible for the oversight of the fitness training group training areas & all spa operations.

This includes leadership of spa teams supporting the overall spa pool and fitness operation quality and guest experience as well as team motivation is a key component to managing and overseeing the daily operations.

This position must ensure colleague satisfaction guest satisfaction financial success health & safety and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications :

University Degree
Sports & Physical Education
A personal trainer certification through a nationally recognised agency / organisation
CPR Basic Rescuer.
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
