Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant Kensington & Chelsea / Hammersmith & Fulham Immediate Start

Ribbons & Reeves are looking for empathetic driven and academically strong Psychology Graduates to join our outstanding partner schools across Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis while developing the skills needed for a future career in Educational Psychology Teaching or Child Development.
The role of a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Work closely with students aged 1118 who have a range of SEND needs including Autism (ASC) ADHD Speech & Language difficulties and Social Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
Support teachers in creating inclusive and engaging classroom environments.
Monitor student progress and contribute to personalised learning plans.
Collaborate with SENCOs therapists and support staff to ensure every child receives the care and guidance they need.
What were looking for:
A 1st Class or 2:1 degree in Psychology from a leading UK university.
A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting those with additional learning needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and patience at the core of your approach.
Any experience working with children or vulnerable individuals whether through tutoring youth work mentoring or volunteering is highly valued.
A long-term commitment and a passion for pursuing a career in education or psychology.
