About the role

Permanent Full-time Melbourne (Hybrid)

This role leads the end-to-end implementation of the new RANZCP Fellowship Program supporting the transition to a modern competency-based curriculum from 2030.

Working with senior leaders and committees you will coordinate delivery across curriculum assessment systems (EPAs and WBAs) formal education cultural safety supervisor capability digital platforms accreditation compliance and service readiness across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

You will translate a multi-year reform program into operational reality ensuring stakeholders are informed prepared and aligned throughout implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the New Fellowship Program Road Map into a detailed multi-year implementation plan with clear milestones deliverables dependencies resourcing requirements and supporting business cases where required.
  • Lead coordinated delivery across all major workstreams including curriculum assessment systems EPAs and WBAs formal education cultural safety supervisor training digital platforms accreditation requirements transition arrangements and communications.
  • Manage program budgets risks issues and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure implementation meets AMC accreditation standards and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee evaluation frameworks KPIs data collection and post-implementation reviews.

What youll bring

  • Experience leading large complex programs in regulated environments (e.g. healthcare education public sector).
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams including contractors and cross-functional contributors.
  • Strong stakeholder and change leadership capability including influencing senior experts managing governance bodies and aligning diverse priorities.
  • Proven program and project management capability.
  • Excellent communication and governance reporting skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or valid Australian work rights.

  • Hybrid working model (2 days office / 3 days WFH).
