Job Summary
As the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Manager youll be the go-to expert guiding Best Buys sustainability and compliance efforts. Youll shape how we manage product packaging and end-of-life responsibilities making a real impact on our environmental footprint. This role is hybrid which means youll split your time between working on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and working virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Specific arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.

What youll do
- Lead the design and rollout of EPR programs to keep us compliant and sustainable.
- Build relationships with vendors trade groups and regulatory agencies.
- Advise teams on EPR laws and help shape compliance strategies.
- Analyze program data and share insights to improve performance.
- Act as the main contact for state agencies during investigations or audits.
- Support other projects that help us meet our sustainability goals.
- 3 years managing product compliance programs or similar project management experience.
- 1 years of experience with data analysis and reporting platforms such as PowerBI Looker or similar data management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority both internally and externally.
- Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Background in data analysis test labs customer service or retail (2 years in any).
- Expertise with EPR regulations or sustainability programs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
