Job Summary

Hopkins Ford is seeking a motivated reliable and personable AutomotiveBDC Representative to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers staying organized and being a key part of the sales and service process.

Youll be the first point of contact for many of our customersanswering calls responding to online inquiries and helping schedule appointments. If youre comfortable on the phone communicate clearly and take pride in follow-through you are a great fit for our team.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to internet leads

  • Making outbound calls texts and emails to follow up with customers

  • Setting and confirming sales and service appointments

  • Updating customer information accurately in the CRM

  • Reaching out to customers who missed appointments or havent responded

  • Working closely with the sales and service teams to keep things running smoothly

  • Hitting daily activity and appointment goals

What Were Looking For

  • Previous BDC call center customer service or automotive experience is helpful but not required

  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner

  • Comfortable using a computer CRM systems email and texting

  • Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment

  • Dependable punctual and team-oriented

Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus but not required
