The Senior Dealer Compliance Specialist for Northern and Eastern Europe will serve as a key point of contact within the GE HealthCare business for all channel partner-related compliance matters across the region (20 countries including UK & Ireland Nordics and Central Eastern Europe). As Dealer Compliance Specialist this person will undertake a variety of compliance activities related to the companys network of distributors resellers and other channel partners in the region including due diligence processes assigning and tracking completion of compliance training and managing onboarding and renewals.

As part of the broader GE HealthCare International Compliance Team this individual will be expected to embody and promote GE HealthCares commitment always to act with the highest integrity whilst providing pragmatic compliance guidance to the business.

This role will report to the Compliance Manager for Northern and Eastern Europe and will work closely with the Dealer Compliance Managers Center of Excellence (CoE) legal counsel channel management finance and other functional stakeholders.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise regional business and operational teams on compliance requirements governing Independent Third Parties (ITPs) including due diligence approval workflows renewal processes and ongoing monitoring.

  • Support the usage and proper application of GE HealthCares ITP tools and processes including Risk Level Determination (RLD) redflag resolution and policy alignment.

  • Assist in the review approval onboarding renewal and offboarding of thirdparty intermediaries ensuring completion of all required diligence and documentation.

  • Work with channel management legal finance and commercial teams to ensure timely drafting issuance and execution of compliant channelpartner agreements.

  • Assign mandatory compliance training to ITPs and track timely completion.

  • Investigate potential compliance concerns arising in connection with channel partners (at all points during the relationship) and coordinate with legal and business teams to mitigate risks and implement corrective actions.

  • Collect compliance-related metrics and prepare reports on channel partners as required by local regional or functional leadership.

  • Monitor the regulatory and enforcement landscape related to channel-partner risks and ensure timely action to protect business interests.

  • Support internal and external audits relating to thirdparty compliance helping identify and address compliance gaps and drive corrective actions.

  • Contribute to simplification initiatives relating to processes tools and documentation for Independent ThirdParty compliance.

  • Assist with wider functional responsibilities including Compliance Review Boards Compliance Risk Assessments investigations and employee training.

  • Oversee and reinforce adherence to all applicable laws regulations industry codes and internal GE HealthCare compliance policies relevant to the region.

  • Promote our openreporting culture and support ombuds investigators and other colleagues involved in the review and resolution of cases where required.

  • Be a strong business partner by responding in a timely and pragmatic manner to compliance-related requests and by promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behaviour throughout the organization.

  • Assist with other compliance initiatives as may be identified from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in law business administration political science or another relevant field.

  • Proven experience in compliance internal audit legal risk management or related roles preferably in healthcare or other regulated sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of thirdparty compliance due diligence processes and anticorruption/ethical business conduct requirements.

  • Experience delivering compliance training to varied audiences.

  • Very good proficiency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an asset.

  • Strong analytical projectmanagement and problemsolving skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in complex environments.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a matrixed team.

Desired Characteristics

  • Compliancespecific qualifications (e.g. CCEP or similar).

  • Familiarity with healthcare and medicaldevice industry regulations and codes.

  • Experience working within multinational organisations and crossborder teams.

  • Continuousimprovement mindset with experience using LEAN or similar methodologies.
