Join ServiceMaster Commercial Building Cleaning by Acker as a Janitorial team member in Elkhorn NE where youll play a vital role in maintaining clean and welcoming environments. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule of just one day a week perfect for those seeking work-life balance while contributing to a trusted local service.
Position 1:
Located in Elkhorn - behind Mendards - 204th and Dodge
3.5 hours on Fridays anytime after 5pm or option to clean anytime on the weekend.
$15/Hr
Position 2:
Located in Elkhorn - 204th and Dodge
5 hours on Fridays anytime after 5pm.
15/Hr.
You may take BOTH positions
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces furniture and fixtures to ensure cleanliness.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work one day a week.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
