We have an amazing opportunity for an Account Manager with the Service Division Commercial Roofing
This key position will act as an Account Manager for new and existing clients (related to Roofing Repairs and Maintenance with Commercial Buildings). This position is responsible for being an integral component of the Service Division through networking and building relationships with Building Owners Property Managers (and Property Management Companies) and Business owners through networking events including Tradeshows BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) and IFMA (International Facility Management Association) meetings cold calling and following up on warm leads.

A Day in the Life
The Service Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining strong client relationships
while supporting sales estimating and service delivery efforts.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business.
Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynns brand.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service
solutions.
Follow up on quotes tenders and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction.
Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings.
Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement.
Prepare accurate takeoffs estimates and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience in a construction environment; Service Roofing or Sales experience is considered
an asset.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong time management abilities.
Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
A relationship-focused mindset with a passion for client service and business growth.
Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to expand Flynns service offerings.
Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
