Middle School Family and Consumer Science Teacher

Pittsburg Community Middle School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Family and Consumer Science (FACS) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is student-centered energetic and committed to delivering engaging hands-on instruction that connects learning to real-life skills. This position involves teaching students in grades 68 and includes courses such as FACS Cooking Sewing Introduction to Child Development Career and Life Planning and Introduction to Culinary Arts. Career and Life Planning and Introduction to Culinary Arts are high school pathway introductory courses offered to our 8th-grade students providing an exciting opportunity to help students explore future career options.

Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions
