Were looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist based in Cannock.

What youll do:

  • Prospect Nurture & Qualify: Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities using a range of channels.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively engage potential clients through outbound calls to qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with our sector sales plans.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with Aggrekos Marketing and Sales teams to achieve common goals.

  • CRM Management: Maintain and enhance our CRM database to ensure high data quality.

  • Track & Measure: Monitor and maintain our lead database tracking progress and measuring effectiveness.

  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.

Youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in lead nurturing and generation using both internal and external data.

  • Proven experience in outbound sales including cold calling prospecting and lead conversion demonstrating a track record of achieving targets

  • A collaborative individual who thrives in working across Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Strong market research skills to identify and act on emerging trends and opportunities.

  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales technology tools; experience with Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel.
