Location: The Well (486 Front Street West)
Reports to: Retail Stores Director
Supervises: Keyholders Sales Associates

We are growing! We are seeking a Store Manager for our brand-new store opening in The WellDowntownToronto.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Store Management:
- Provide exceptional service toourcustomers
- Maintain strong product knowledge.
- Implement andmaintainvisual and merchandisedisciplinesto best serve ourcustomersneeds and maximize sales
- Provideastore environment that is clean and inviting toourcustomers
- Set daily targetsand drive salesto reachcorporateweeklyand monthly goals
- Develop and execute storespecialevents
- Monitorandmaintainappropriateinventorylevels
- Perform store opening and closing procedures
- Ensure the storecomplies withthe outlined safety policies and procedures
- Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations
- Effective communication with all levels of upper management
- Model the companyculture andexemplify our shared values on a day-to-day basis.
Staff management:
- Assistwith team recruitment
- Trainingcoachand developingteam members
- Manage staff scheduling and approve payroll
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example
Corporate:
- Prepare daily weekly and monthlyKPIreports
- Suggeststrategies to maximize overall store success
- Ensure company policy and procedures are adhered to
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5years of retailmanagement experience
- An exceptional communicator with the ability to effectively communicate and receive feedback in the moment
- Self-motivated witha high levelof confidence
- Experience with opening new stores
- Experience in visual merchandising
- Proven leadership and recruiting skills
- Proven experience in retail operational excellence
- Results-oriented and process-driven accountable withhigh expectationsof self and team
- Flexibility to workon the weekend orevenings as needed
