Guides student learning by aligning instruction with classroom goals and learning objectives implementing recognition strategies and using assessment data to evaluate performance and continuously improve instruction.
Classroom Management & Environment:
Maintains classroom structure routines and behavioral expectations to foster a positive safe and orderly learning environment and models professional and ethical behavior in accordance with district and state standards.
Communication:
Maintains timely professional and transparent communication with students parents guardians colleagues and administrators. Provides updates on student progress instructional programs and classroom activities to foster strong partnerships and community engagement.

Maintains accurate documentation and data to support student progress and compliance and engages in meetings and professional development to enhance knowledge and refine instructional practices.
