• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• 1 or more years Labor and Delivery or NICU experience.

• Bachelor Degree Nursing Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Previous NICU experience.

• Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing with eligibility to work in the state of MO.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) upon completion of orientation.

• Maternal Newborn Nursing (RNC-MNN) - National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing Specialties (NCC)
• Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) - National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing Specialties (NCC)
• Low-Risk Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-LRN) - National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing Specialties (NCC)
• International Board Certified Lactation Consultant - International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE)
