Provides ongoing support for an assigned team or production operation. Services may include painting welding equipment setup machine operation machine feeding or other activity. Ensures services provided are on-time and according to established specifications quality standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Develops and improves knowledge and skill in Production Support for assigned team or manufacturing operation.

Completes assigned production support tasks with accuracy within expected timeframes to keep production on schedule.

Builds solid working relationships with production teams.

Asks pertinent questions and proactively seeks assistance as required.

Proficient in several specialized production support areas.

Participates in process improvement activities or projects.

May coach less experienced team members.

Adheres to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Production Support.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
