Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate design delivery across multiple projects.
- Manage design teams ensuring technical accuracy and quality control.
- Oversee design programmes reporting and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients consultants and supply chain for design approvals.
- Ensure compliance with performance standards regulations and company processes.
About You
- Experience in building façades glazing or building envelope design.
- Proficiency with Revit (preferred) AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
- Strong technical understanding of façade materials interfaces and buildability.
- Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder coordination skills.
- For Design Manager: leadership experience with design delivery accountability.
