Job Summary
Job Description:
- Develop the supplier panel and strategy in the region following the global purchase strategy and guidelines.
- Improve relationship transparency and trust with key global suppliers.
- Support on KPIs management to improve efficiency on purchasing process.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Monitoring supplier performance ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing supplier relationships.
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost quality and delivery.
- Identifying potential suppliers evaluating bids and awarding contracts.
- Tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend purchasing strategies.
- Ensuring that purchasing policies and procedures are followed.
- Driving value through sourcing strategically and innovating.
- Managing risks associated with the supply chain.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize task
Software Knowledge:
- MS Office (Excel Power Point Mandatory)
- Familiarity with procurement tools and SAP.
Experience:
- Experience in purchasing or related supply chain functions.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree on Engineering or commercial background (Administration Economics Engineering others)
Languages:
- Fluent English
- Spanish is considered a plus
Workstation:
- NBA São Paulo SP or Resende RJ;
