岗位职责
1.负责多轴伺服运动控制系统的设计编程调试与优化
2.开发和维护基于PLC尤其是Keyence品牌的控制程序确保代码的模块化与可重用性
3.主导或参与基于EtherCAT等工业总线技术的控制系统架构设计与集成
4.将大数据分析概念应用于设备性能监控预测性维护等以提升自动化系统的智能水平
5.以创新思维攻克技术难题持续推动自动化方案的性能提升与技术进步

任职要求
1.核心控制能力具备独立设计并精确控制多个伺服电机系统的实战经验
专精熟练掌握PLC控制模块特别是指定品牌Keyence的结构化文本ST语言编程
3.工业通信精通EtherCAT总线的配置控制和故障诊断了解其他主流工业网络协议
4.软件开发理念具备扎实的代码模块化设计思想能编写结构清晰易于维护的工业控制程序
5.数据思维了解大数据基本概念并能思考其在工业自动化场景中的应用价值
