The Opportunity
Avantor provides on-site Laboratory Services for major pharmaceutical customers and our Talent Acquisition team plays a key role in finding the people who make this work possible. We support scientific teams across Europe by attracting great talent keeping processes smooth and ensuring every candidate feels supported from day one.
And now were looking for our next teammate!
Who We Are
Youll be joining a tight-knit TA squad of just three people.
We work closely together support each other through busy days celebrate our wins and absolutely love a good laugh. Were collaborative open and positive but also focused and capable of getting things done independently when needed.
No experience in recruitment No problem!

What youll do on a typical day
Youll have variety ownership and opportunities to grow as you:
- Manage a high volume of end-to-end recruitment processes across different scientific roles
- Post job openings internally and externally ensuring our ads are accurate engaging and targeted
- Handle recruitment questions from hiring managers candidates and external providers
- Keep a close eye on application flows and flag any trends or concerns
- Record and maintain candidate data accurately in our ATS
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations with confidence
- Support candidates with interview preparation confirmations and general process questions
- Respond to internal and external recruitment inquiries on status updates process steps or scheduling
What youll need to be successful
You dont need previous TA experience what matters most is your energy resilience and willingness to learn.
Wed love you to bring:
- Fluency in Dutch French and English
- A positive cando attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Comfort working both independently and closely with our team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Calmness and structure when working toward tight deadlines
- Confidence to push back or challenge constructively when needed
- Curiosity about the life sciences world (even if youre new to it!)
