Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships and create customers for life
Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process by asking the right questions and actively listening
Become a product expert on new and pre-owned GM vehicles features packages and technology
Deliver professional engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business
Learn and confidently overcome objections in a fast-paced sales environment
Maintain accurate customer and deal documentation
Report directly to Sales Management on goals performance and activity
Bring a positive attitude strong work ethic and professionalism every day
Qualifications
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Preferred (But Not Required)
Automotive sales or car dealership experience
Background in retail sales hospitality restaurant call center IT or customer service
