ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage P&P/SUE work from beginning to end
- Major responsibilities include coordination and input on proposals maintaining schedules ensuring quality of work directing project efforts and maintaining client relationships.
- Plan construction processes
- Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
- Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor project schedules and report on project progress to ensure timely completions of work
- Implement safety and quality guidelines
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
- Leading and managing the on-site team.
- Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports field and change orders.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required. Degree in Engineering Construction Management preferred.
- Knowledge of local quality health and safety guidelines for construction job sites
- In-depth understanding of Plan and Profile operations and processes
- Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs.
- Ability to interpret and build according to drawings specifications and other documents
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
SALARY RANGE: $85k to $105K (DOE)
