Devereux Pennsylvania Childrens Services (DPACS) serves children adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders intellectual and developmental disabilities behavioral emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF) acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP) assessment services community-based mental health services community-based employment training and social skills training and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities autism spectrum disorders concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Education: Bachelors degree in staff training and development education or related field required.
Experience:At least one year of experience conducting staff training and development preferably in health care or social services setting. Instructors certification in First Aid CPR and Crisis Prevention/Intervention preferred. Proficient computer skillsmastery of Microsoft Office Applications experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar Pro-Filer and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently prioritize manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to established guidelines.
Valid drivers license must be maintained.
