Job Summary
Suntrup Auto is GROWING and we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in St. Peters this role you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This is an awesome opportunity to join a growing service department.
The owner is engaged and understands the importance of the Fixed Operations Department and is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure we succeed. We have a shop full of great technicians that show up everyday ready and willing to work. We need a superstar advisor that can keep them fed and turning time. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their automotive service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for service and repair costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of services and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A SERVICE ADVISOR IN DEALERSHIP SETTING.
- Experience with CDK and Xtime.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with automotive service software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in automotive service is advantageous.
